    See what learning looks like inside the COETAIL program with this final project from one of our grads

    We work with educators at all levels of experience with innovation in the COETAIL Program.

    This final project, from graduate Jocelyn Sutherland shares her growth over the course of the program.

    She says:

    My growing PLN has been another great source of learning for me, and I am in awe of the numerous amazing projects and initiatives taking place by Coetail students and graduates. I also learnt that a paradigm shift is needed in education, and no one educator can make the shift happen on their own. We need to bond together as like-minded educators and work to change pedagogy. I look forward to continuing these relationships through Twitter and G+ communities after Coetail ends.

    Hi! I’m Kim!

    I’m the host of the #coachbetter podcast and the founder of Eduro Learning.

    I was an instructional coach in international schools for over 15 years and I firmly believe that all learners should have the opportunity to connect, collaborate & create in new and innovative ways.

    As a coach, you have a powerful middle leadership position where you can both inspire new ways of teaching and learning and be the support on the ground to make it happen.

    For the last 5 years, I’ve been supporting growing and aspiring leaders in international, public and private schools around the world in our certificate programs, including COETAIL, as well as in private 1:1 coaching packages.

    My clients have:

    • developed their unique voices as a leader so they can confidently articulate the value they bring to their organization;
    • successfully designed an implemented innovative learning programs, like 1:1 learning, design & maker spaces;
    • successfully interviewed for & worked in innovative leadership positions;
    • become productive and focused in their demanding informal leadership roles, so they actually get things done and feel accomplished; and
    • navigated the murky waters of middle level leadership to make a bigger impact in their school setting.

    What I know from my years of being a coach, and working with educators around the world, is…

    YOU have the potential to make a bigger impact in your school setting when you dive deep into your coaching & leadership skills.
