Listen to Episode 32

#coachbetter

Welcome to our new mini-series Level Up Your Coaching! We interview 2 school leaders, 2 teachers, 2 librarians and 2 counselors to get their perspectives on coaching. Hearing perspectives from school leaders, counselors, teachers and librarians is a great way for coaches to better understand their impact on the school community.

In today’s episode, our panel of experts will share their responses to the question, “What was your “aha” moment that helped you understand the true power and potential of coaching?” This was a tough question for many of our experts to answer, because for so many of them the process of building an understanding about coaching was gradual.

Show Notes

What was your “aha” moment that helped you understand the true power and potential of coaching?

This was a tough question for many of our experts to answer, because for so many of them the process of building an understanding about coaching was gradual. However in looking back, there are some consistent themes from all of our guests, and unsurprisingly those themes connect us back to the essentials to build a coaching culture and the ways that coaches are invaluable to school stakeholders. It’s stories like these that help us, as coaches, recognize that even some of our smallest interactions with our colleagues can have a big impact!
